Hi ladies!! I would like to invite you to our Yoga, Tresses, & Flow event this fall. Whether you are wearing your hair relaxed, natural, in locs, twists, a weave, or no hair at all we all have thoughts and feelings around our hair and how we perceive ourselves.
The Women's Summit focuses on the issues specific to women who are sisters, daughters, mothers, wives, partners, employees, business owners, and above all students. Our mission is to equip and empower women students for success.
Registration is open to all women, ages 16 and over. This event is offered at no cost to high school students, or persons who are students and employees of PGCC. All others are asked to make a minimum donation of $15.00 to PGCC Cares. All donations are tax deductible.
Note: High School students, PGCC students and PGCC employees will need their ID numbers to enter.

This class is for every body! We teach it as a non-competitive discipline where everyone works at their own pace and comfort level. This class recognizes we are ALL DIFFERENT and celebrates you! All poses can be modified to individual needs and each peson is encouraged to listen and know their own body. You can make this class challenging or restful if you need it. Yoga meets your needs--you don't have to meet the expecations of yoga or a teacher. Summer Format is 45 mins.
This gentle and beginner-friendly yoga class focuses on learning how to "Breathe in, Stress Out". This stress relieving class incorporates meditation, breath work, and gentle yoga postures designed to help you release stress in the body, soothe the nervous system, and calm your mind for a restful night's sleep.
Yin Flow (Slow): A mix of Yin Yoga and Relax Flow. Yin Yoga addresses tension and stress in the connective tissue of the body through passive poses with long holds. The practice will consist of 30 minutes deep stretching (yin) followed by 20 minutes of relax flow. We will end with a long savasana (final relaxation).
