Shipping & Returns
All orders ship within 2-3 business days via US Postal Service First Class Mail. Delivery is usually within 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping is available at cost. Free shipping is available for orders over $99. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged product, you can return your order to us within 30 days of purchase for a replacement. All returns must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. In order to be processed, returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please contact us at email@example.com prior to returning a product and we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will ship the replacement at no cost to you.
We will confirm via email when we receive your return and let you know when the replacement has shipped. Please allow at least 2 weeks to receive your exchange. Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
